Pagi Notsekutzi

Pagi Moriko Notsekutzi (born Pagi Ngetzuz Notsekutzi) (12 Uni 1912 - Dhetzemer 1984) was an Azkali playwright, musician, composer, novelist, and poet. Throughout her nearly sixty year long career, she was recognized as one of the most noteworthy and influential Azkali dramatists and authors to date. Her work features bleak, impersonal, and tragicomic experiences of life, often coupled with black comedy and nonsense. Her later works more readily embraced the avant-garde, readily embracing minimalism and stream of conciousness writing.

Pagi was born in Chekearoa, spending most of her life inbetween there and Pordmisktpelha. She died of plague sometime in Dhetzemer of 1984.

Throughout her life, Pagi produced some thirty works; ten novels, two non-fiction books, three plays, ten poems, and five musical compositions.
