The Ukilen Trade Center, colloquially referred to as the UTC, is an abandoned set of six skyscapers in the financial centre of the abandoned Azkali city of Atzogui. The two main and tallest towers, UTC 1 and 2 respectively, are the tallest buildings in Azkali and are some of the tallest in Ukilen.

On October 19th, 2015, due to an unabatted fire lasting some 2 days, UTC 3 collapsed. The collapse damaged the facades of UTC 1 and 2. One person, a squatter living in the building, was killed.
