Matsutsang Dsim

Matsutsang Dsim (Noellastani and Baphian: , born January 7th 1969, died May 30 2024) is a Noellastani Baphian politician and the 8th yugim of Baphia. A member of the Lotus party, he served as vice duke for the 7th Yugim Bartsinan Kalali before the Noelle family coup. His death is still being investigated.

Matsutsang Dsim is a very controversial leader even within his own party, borderline being complicit in terror attacks, most notably the 2024 Bongsibon chemical disaster.
