Harakoniaz is a town in the Erioka Mountains of Eastern Azkali. At its highest, the altitude of Harakoniaz is almost 23,000 feet, or approximately 4.3 miles: this makes it the highest permanently-inhabited settlement in the world. Harakoniaz has been lived in for almost five thousand years, also making it one of the oldest permanently inhabitated places in the world, predating Kali migrations to Azkali. The town holds significant religious significance to Turruism and Totezkalen . Harakoniaz was also the epicenter of the 1978 Azkali Plague epidemic, which foreshadowed the devestating 1980 Azkali Plague pandemic.
