Matsutsang Dsim

Matsutsang Dsim (Noellastani: , Baphian: , born [PLACEHOLDER]) is a Baphian politician and the 9th and current yugim of Baphia. A member of the Lotus party, he served as vice duke for the 8th Yugim Bartsinan Kalali before the Noelle family coup.

Matsutsang Dsim is a very controversial leader even within his own party, borderline being complicit in terror attacks, most notably the 2024 Bongsibon chemical disaster.
