Rathali (Tithri: ..., pronunciation: [...]), officially the State of Rathali, is a country located in the Northern Continent. It has a maritime border (Possibly Hallei and North Azkali too?) and a disputed land border with Baphia to the west. Its capital and largest city is Ilasi.
