Abari Norle

Abari Norle, commonly known as the 1st Noelle is a prolific electronics engineer, founder of Noelle Electronics, and author of the book "Problems with my nation". This work and many others she has written is the basis for a large portion of the Baphian-Noellastani philosophy of Inwa.
