The first documented evidence of the existance of the city of Chekearoa was the town of [[Chekearonech]], being referenced on the [[Chekearonech tablet]], which has been dated to around 4000 years ago. Archaelogical evidence, in the form of skeletons underneath the [[Chekeamotzat Archaeological Site]], have pushed back the date in which Chekearoa was founded to between 7000 to 9000 BCE.

The oldest written record of the existence of Chekearoa comes from the Noki capsule, created in the year 2302 BCE, predating even the migration of Loremesians to the Loremesian Isles. The second oldest written record is found one and a half thousand years later, around the year 550-500 BCE, in the form of hospital medical records from the first location of the Alechearratsua Atakon. Contrastingly, the oldest fossils found in present day Chekearoa are between 12,000 and 10,000 years old, belonging to both kalis and humans.
