The Sunterian calendar is the calendar of Sunteria. It is a lunisolar calendar.
Epoch
The epoch of the Sunterian calendar is 20 December 1127 B.C.E. (procleptic Gregorian calendar: 9 December 1127 B.C.E.). The year of the epoch is traditionally seen as the year in which Pertmažo was founded, but modern historians believe that the founding of Pertmažo might have occurred several years earlier. Years before the epoch are Ioher Pra rai Tpelhai (I.P.T.) and years of or after it are Ioher Tpelhau (I.T.).
Months
In common years, there are twelve months. In leap years, there are thirteen months.
- Neuia: 30 days
- Solmia: 29 days (in thin years) or 30 days (in fat years)
- Hmetmenia: 30 days
- Uoihnia: 29 days
- Loubia: 30 days
- Moreitia: 29 days
- Duskia: 30 days
- Snoiguia: 29 days
- Gelia: 30 days
- Huersmenia: 29 days

Leaping
Leap years are years in which the month of Tridia occurs. Leaping is based on the Metonic cycle (3-6-8-11-14-17-19 system).
Fat Years
Fat years are years in which the month of Solmia has thirty days. Every fifth year is fat. Years that are not fat are known as thin.
Days
Since the Industrial Revolution, days have began halfway between midnight and noon. Before the Industrial Revolution, days began at sunrise.
