They act as speaker of the courts, negotiating with the 5 courts of the union (previously 6, becoming 5 after Jyosti and Sakle left and joined [[Union of the Bellic Islands|Union]]) on laws and issues and generally trying to come to a shared, agreed upon, partisan version of the law or action needed for an issue.
