Matsutsang Dsim (Noellastani and Baphian: , born January 7th 1969) is a Noellastani Baphian politician and the 9th and current yugim of Baphia. A member of the Lotus party, he served as vice duke for the 8th Yugim Bartsinan Kalali before the Noelle family coup.
