Matsutsang Dsim (Noellastani and Baphian: , born January 7th 1969, died May 30 2024) is a Noellastani Baphian politician and the 8th yugim of Baphia. A member of the Lotus party, he served as vice duke for the 7th Yugim Bartsinan Kalali before the Noelle family coup. His death is still being investigated.
