	On October 19th, 2015, due to an unabatted fire lasting some 2 days, UTC 3 collapsed. The collapse damaged the facades of UTC 1 and 2. One person, a squatter living in the building, was killed. 			Approximately 300 people live within the Ukilen Trade Center, a majority living along the first few floors of UTC 1 and 2. The rest have been reported to have been residing in the former [[Windows of Ukilen]] restaurant, located on the 106th and 107th floors of UTC 1.
